What a color appointment looks like
Every color service begins with a conversation, even for regulars. Your stylist confirms the target shade, checks how your hair took the last formula, and adjusts before anything touches your head. Then you get the time the service actually needs. Because the salon runs by appointment, nobody is squeezing your color in between three other clients.
Gray coverage guests usually settle into a comfortable routine of touch-ups every four to six weeks, with a gloss or toner in between when the tone needs a refresh. Your stylist will map that rhythm out with you so there's no guesswork.
